We can’t wait to welcome you into our urban spa in Shoreditch and give you the TLC you deserve. Before your appointment, please take a moment to read our Spa Policy.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to register and settle in. If you arrive late your treatment time will be shortened in consideration of the next client.
When you make your Shoreditch Spa appointment online, you’ll need to pay 50% of your treatment at the time of booking. If you’re booking over the phone or in person, you’ll be sent a link to pay your deposit.
We totally understand that sometimes you need to change or cancel your appointment, but we ask you to give us 24 hours’ notice, otherwise 50% of treatment cost will be charged.
Our treatments are tailored for adults, but we do offer treatments to those aged 16 to 18 with parental consent.
Gift cards are available to purchase in person at our spa of online. Shoreditch Spa gift cards and are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase.
